ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Development Rep (SDR) Leader to help accelerate pipeline generation and drive new business growth. In addition, this person will attract, retain, and cultivate exceptional Sales Development and future Account Executive talent on our Sales Development team.
You will play a HUGE role in helping us build out our sales/marketing channels, sales pipeline, and more as we continue to grow our customer base.

What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives, driving the team to meet or exceed KPIs
- Work closely with the Head of Insights Partnerships & the CEO to establish effective sales development strategies that scale as the team grows
- Partner on the go-to-market strategy, including email, phone, webinars, and social messaging
- Help develop and maintain training materials to maximize team performance
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Help develop, plan, and execute extensive professional development programming to enable team members to be successful Sales Development Representatives as well as position them for success in a future Account Executive role
- Assist with identifying, attracting, and managing talent
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of total sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR Manager or equivalent role
- Specific job experience working in a software-focused company, preferably enterprise software
- Ability to be independent, bring your own ideas to the team, be willing to challenge other team members, and be open to being challenged
- Capable of communicating, presenting to, and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Bonus points for previously working at a start-up, management experience, and experience prospecting to consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consumer electronics companies
