Nick Platt is the Customer Training Lead at Yogi and works on the Product Operations Team, specializing in workflow process improvement. Before Yogi, he implemented electronic medical record (EMR) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) software projects, including directing the creation of a tool providing secure user provisioning and access capabilities between an industry-leading Identity Platform and a top EMR suite.
