About the Role

This is a high-impact, roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who loves strategy but lives for execution. You will be the engine that turns Yogi’s positioning, content, and GTM motion into tangible output that moves pipeline.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

  • Actively monitor market shifts, competitive moves, buyer behavior, and customer feedback to identify opportunities to differentiate Yogi.
  • Translate insights directly into actionable positioning, content themes, and GTM plays.

Messaging, Positioning & Persona Development

  • Own and evolve Yogi’s messaging architecture, personas, and buyer journeys.
  • Convert insights into crisp, practical messaging frameworks that can be immediately used by Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Regularly update battlecards, talk tracks, and positioning as the market evolves.

Content Creation (Execution-Focused)

  • Personally produce high-quality content—web copy, landing pages, one-pagers, case studies, videos scripts, blogs, LinkedIn content, and more.
  • Maintain and execute the content calendar with consistency and speed.
  • Operate as Yogi’s primary storyteller, turning complex concepts into compelling narratives for CPG buyers and beyond.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Partner closely with Product and Sales to plan and execute GTM motions for new audiences, features, enhancements, and releases.
  • Build the launch materials yourself—messaging, collateral, email sequences, sales decks, FAQs, and internal enablement.
  • Ensure launches are coordinated, on time, and measured.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain all sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, battlecards, comparison sheets, playbooks, and pitch talk tracks.
  • Train the BDR and Sales teams on new messaging and GTM materials.
  • Ensure Sales always has the right content at the right time—and that it’s clear, current, and compelling.

Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation

  • Develop original perspectives that position Yogi as the leader in consumer insights, AI, and the future of CPG decision-making.
  • Write thought leadership content yourself and support leadership with speeches, posts, and event narratives.
  • Pull storylines from Yogi’s data and turn them into webinars, blogs, talks, emails, and reports.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track performance across content, campaigns, GTM launches, and enablement initiatives.
  • Analyze what’s working, what’s not, and make fast adjustments.
  • Build dashboards or reporting cadences to communicate impact internally.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Operate as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Influence and lead strategically—while simultaneously being the one who executes the work.
  • Manage freelancers or vendors as needed, ensuring high-quality output without bottlenecks.
