About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to help us scale and iterate on our GTM programs. You’ll play a critical role in turning live campaigns into high-performing engines through hands-on execution, testing, and optimization across paid, landing pages, and conversion flows.

This role is primarily focused on execution, while collaborating closely with the Senior Demand Generation Manager on strategy, experimentation priorities, and what to scale next. If you thrive on being close to the data — running campaigns, launching A/B tests, iterating quickly, and using performance insights to continuously improve results — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Work On

Paid & Digital Execution

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
  • Own day-to-day performance across ads, audiences, landing pages, and offers
  • Continuously test creative, messaging, offers, and flows to improve conversion quality
  • Refresh and rotate creative (with the support of a design agency) as engagement pattern changes and fatigue emerges

ABM Program Execution

  • Implement ABM campaigns against a defined list of enterprise accounts
  • Execute multi-variant testing across creative, landing pages, and CTAs
  • Monitor performance at the account and persona level

Campaign Iteration & Optimization

  • Run ongoing test-and-learn cycles (creative, LPs, offers, nurture)
  • Identify what’s working, what’s stalling, and what to double down on
  • Optimize registration and follow-up flows for webinars, offers, and gated content
  • Help turn “running” campaigns into “dialed-in” campaigns

Reporting & Insights

  • Own campaign-level reporting and performance readouts
  • Surface patterns and insights from paid and conversion data
  • Help translate performance insights into next tests and recommendations
  • Partner with Senior Demand Gen Manager to ensure learnings are applied across GTM programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Ensure execution is tightly aligned to broader GTM priorities
  • Work closely with:
    • VP of Marketing
    • Senior Demand Gen & ABM Manager
    • Product Marketing Manager
    • BDRs / Sales

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in demand generation or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns (LI, Meta, Google)
  • Strong instincts around conversion, testing, and iteration
  • Comfortable working across ads, landing pages, and nurture flows
  • Experience working with tools like Clay, Hotjar, Hubspot, and applying AI to speed up workflows
  • Experience supporting or executing ABM campaigns is a plus
  • Past experience marketing to CPG is a plus
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable living in performance data
  • Enjoys being close to execution and improving things incrementally
